Order never was given to USPS, could not reach anyone at the company

Even though the package I ordered said it was "fulfilled" on their website, the USPS tracking number given to me indicated that the item was never provided to USPS for delivery. After waiting two weeks, I tried to contact the company, but no one would answer the phone and my request through their web form was also unanswered. I ended up having to request a refund through PayPal. Sadly, this was supposed to be a holiday gift for a friend, and now I'm scrambling to find something else before our party. The seller's products look really cool, but if they don't get delivered, what's the point?

Preferred solution: Apology

User's recommendation: If you are going to order, be prepared to potentially not receive your item, requiring you to go through a charge dispute with PayPal or your credit card company.

Im so confused. Ive ordered from this company before a few years ago and had no issuses. This time around when putting my info in i accidentally put my old shipping address. I figured no biggie i can email them and explain i moved and have a new address. I sent my email and they didnt respond so a week later i sent another and still havent heard anything back so another week later i tried calling them and got their answering machine which said to email them for a faster response. I guess this company is bs now. What a waste of money

Poor customer service

I have ordered an item from that site. I have received an email stating that it was shipped with a tracking number. It stayed in pre-shipment status for 3 weeks. This has happened to me before and a company had to reship my order due to USPS losing my package. Due to my past experience, I was concerned and tried contacting customer service numerous times via email, phone calls, and voicemails to get a better understanding of what's going on with my package. When I heard nothing for over a month, I contacted the founder directly via FB in desperation. When the founder accepted my message, she explained to me the situation, she was rude and insulted my intelligence since the item was a pre-shipment order and it stated in "all caps" on the site that it would take 1-4 weeks which I already understood. She didn't understand that it wasn't my issue after I already explained to her that her customer service reps haven't responded to my messages for a month about my concern after numerous attempts to contact them. I didn't realize that they give you tracking information prior to your package actually being received from the post office. I had to figure this out on my own. Usually other sites will only give you tracking once the package actually ships. That's all I wanted to understand. But it took a month of contacting someone and a poor attitude and insult from the founder directly to get my question answered. She then ignored my last message. This is when I put two and two together. That was pretty ***. I guess I will no longer be ordering from them.

Neon Nancy is TERRIBLE!

I ordered (5) xmas gifts for (5) nephews/nieces in plenty of time to receive by xmas. The week of xmas 2016 I still had not received the shipment and called their customer services and left several messages. In addition, I also inquired through email. None of my inquiries were answered prior to xmas. On 12/27 I received an email which provided me w/ a tracking # and when I tried to track it the USPS stated they had never received the package. As of 12/31 I still had not received the shipment so I instructed my credit card payment to stop payment to PayPal (which was used to purchase). It's a shame because the kids would have loved the Neon Nancy product but out of principle I will never order anything from this *** company again. Not sure if it's a scam or not but if it's a real company they have a long way to go on the customer service end. Terrible experience and the funniest part is they are in Ohio and I am in upstate NY and could drive there in 5 hrs. Just ridiculous!

I ordered a small fiber optic costume set August of last year. I was sent a large instead of a small. At first it seemed they were going to rectify this mistake and after several back and forth emails they sent me a shipping label to send it back to them. I wanted to exchange the costume for my size in time for burning man but after several more emails they said they didn't have it in my size even though the website said it was in stock. I sent the costume back but when I didn't hear from them or get a refund I emailed and received a reply that just said "It has not been processed." I called and emailed several times and provided them with the tracking numbers of the package. Everyone I spoke to was very rude and not helpful. 7 months later they are refusing to give me a refund or even exchange the item even though the incorrect item was sent to me in the first place and I mailed it back to them back in August. I feel like I've been straight up robbed and am considering taking them to small claims court. I don't think companies should be able to get away with treating their customers this way. Worst customer service experience I've ever had.

SCAM ARTISTS!! This company is a SCAM I ordered shoes for my god daughter for Christmas they took weeks to ship she didn't get them until after New Years and then the shoes didn't work. I paid to return the shoes the company acted like they never received them and kept all the money and the shoes. I'm working on getting an attorney on the case. I am Sick of people thinking they can take advantage over the Internet.

So my boyfriend ordered me a Bunny hood glow fur online from NeonNancy.com. It was my christmas present, once i put it on the lights worked fine but not even 10 mins later i noticed only half of the lights were working. Im pretty sure its not supposed to break just from me wearing it. I notified customer service and sent it back. They told me it wasnt covered from the warrenty from human damage. How could i have broken it just by wearing it? They also told me that the bunny paws were dirty, when i actually sent the hood back in the condition i got it. I didnt think much of the paws when they looked pale pink and looked like the fabric was rubbed on something rough. Customer service contined to argue with me and then said they would try to fix it. 6 months later still no news on my product so i had to call them. They told me it couldnt be fixed and wouldnt give me a new once because apparently i damaged it. Worst customer service ever, they obviously dont care about their products nor customers.
